Volunteer:

Crisis Line Volunteers

Peace River Center is looking for individuals interested in volunteering in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. Volunteers will assist with crisis calls on our 24/7 crisis line. Training will be provided prior to beginning.  Volunteers must have good people skills, the ability to remain calm, good listening skills, the ability to make decisions, must be reliable and be able to maintain confidentiality For additional information contact call 863-519-0575  volunteer@peace-river.com  

Rape Recovery & Resource Center

There are many volunteer options at  the RRRC. Volunteers are need for clerical work, on-call personnel to go to hospitals and give information regarding services to survivors of  sexual assault, and people to assist the RRRC at community events. If you would like more information on how to become involved with the RRRC, please call 863-519-0575. rrrc.volunteer@peace-river.com

Peace River Thrift Shoppe

We are in need of volunteers to accept and sort donations, price merchandise and assist customers. For more information about our Thrift Shoppe and volunteer opportunities, please call 863-647-4224.
