Is there a fee to use Client Portal? Expand The Client Portal at Peace River Center is a free service offered to all Peace River Center patients. How do I sign-up? Expand You can sign up for Client Portal at Peace River Center by notifying Peace River Center Registration staff at check-in. Registration staff will set up your account and issue you a Security Key to log in for the first time and set up your user name and password. Your Medical Record

When can I see my test results in Client Portal? Expand At this time, test results will not be uploaded into the Client Portal. Please contact your provider for test result information. If some of my health information on Client Portal is not correct, what should I do? Expand The information residing in your Client Portal account is from your medical record at Peace River Center. If any information is incorrect, please inform your provider’s office or send a secure message using your Client Portal account. If I send a message to my doctor or nurse, when can I expect a reply? Expand You can expect to receive a response within 72 business hours. Please remember Client Portal is not a replacement for medical problems that require an appointment and should never be used in an emergency situation.

Client Portal for My Family

Can I ask questions regarding a family member from my Client Portal account? Expand No, Client Portal offers direct access to your personal health record and communicating about another individual’s information would be placed in your health record. This information would not appear in the correct health record and could potentially jeopardize medical care. Can my spouse and I share one Client Portal account? Expand No, your Client Portal username and password should be kept secret to protect the privacy of your medical record.

After I Have Enrolled

I forgot my password. What should I do? Expand To reset your password, click the “Forgot your password?” link on the homepage and verify your personal information. If the information provided matches our records, you will be prompted to create a new password. Can you send me a new security key as I have lost it, let it expire or did not receive it? Expand If your security key has expired or cannot be found, please call our Client Portal Patient Support line at (863) 519-0575 option 2 to speak with a Health Information Services staff member. Where can I update and personalize my account? Expand You can personalize and update your account by clicking on the My Account and selecting the appropriate preference options. You will need to click both “Save” and “Save & Sync” to update the information and ensure the agency is notified of the changes.

How is Client Portal secure? Expand We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through security keys, personal usernames, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Unlike conventional e-mail, all Client Portal messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website. What is your Privacy Policy?
