Details: Full-time position. This position is responsible for recording all accounts payable and disbursement activity including review and analysis of invoices received. It is also responsible for all payroll processing including updating and maintaining payroll records and reports.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 hourly depending on experience

Summary: In this role, you will prepare payroll payables requests, present payroll orientation for new hires, post activity to the General Ledger, analyze and review invoices and check requests, enter invoices and check requests into financial software system, create payment list for approval, print and distribute disbursement checks, and file all relevant paperwork. Additionally, the role assists with answering and transferring all incoming calls, greeting and directing all visitors, clients and staff to appropriate locations, and distribute incoming mail. You will also be asked to meter outgoing mail, prepare certified mail and contact FedEx for pick-up.

Qualifications: Associates Degree or additional experience in lieu of degree. One to three years experience with a degree or three to five years in lieu of degree.
