Details: Full-time position. This position is responsible for functions involved with all grant invoicing and fiscal contractual compliance.

Summary: In this role, the essential duties include transmitting information to the appropriate funding agency, proactively establish systems for accuracy and timing, monitor internal controls to ensure proper compliance with accounting principles, maintain strong partnerships with Peace River Center to meet all fiscal goals, maintain superior knowledge regarding all Victim Services contracts to ensure contractual compliance, maintain excellent working relationships with all contract managers, maintain a close partnership with the Director to ensure contractual compliance, and regular reporting of the funding stats to the VS Director. Additionally, you will be responsible for submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, be readily available for audits conducted by the state, and be fluent in accrual-based accounting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and accounting and contract management experience required. Contract experience preferred, but not required.
