This is a full-time bachelor’s level position requires the person to have the ability to prioritize workload and work independently. In this role you will assist recipients in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. The primary goal is to optimize the functioning of recipients who have complex needs by coordinating the provision of quality treatment and support services in the most efficient and effective manner.

Based in Lakeland, this position primarily covers services in Polk County. However, services are available in Highlands and Hardee Counties as needs arise. Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm (flexible).

Minimum of 1 year experience working with children with mental health related issues. Must be 21 years old with a clean driving record. Must provide and maintain proof of personal vehicle coverage of $50,000/$100,000 Bodily Injury Liability. Peace River Center is a Drug Free workplace and requires an approved Level 2 background clearance.
